Chad was great to work with and thoroughly explained the process. Chad pre-scheduled all of the appointments and everything went like clock work. First Chad installed two 4'x 8' overhead racks so we could get stuff off the floor. He then had a crew come in and do the floor, sides and steps. We let the garage floor cure for 2 days instead of the 24 hour minimum just to be safe. Chad then installed the remaining storage racks, cabinets, bench, etc. It was quite a project. It looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the end result! The garage looks amazing. Chad took pictures which will eventually be on his website.

Chad made some good suggestions about how we could use the space and told us what he thought it would take to make that happen. There were lots of items to go through and throw out. My husband was attached to some of these, so Chad very respectfully let us work through those issues and decide what to keep and what to throw away. He put in a full days work sorting, cleaning and installing shelving and tool racks. The next day, he came back and power vacuumed and washed the floor. All in all it was an excellent job and we were very pleased! My husband remarked that it looked like a new garage with lots of space now!

Wonderful!!! Very honest, pleasant, nice to work with, responsive, organized, all round good guy. Also probably the most cost effective way to have a custom designed and installed garage storage solution. I could not have accomplished this on my own, and absolutely not at this price. This service was life changing -- my garage is roomy and pleasant, like another room in the house, I have project / storage / exercise space, and my toys are all in easy reach, tempting me to go out and play. The house is also much less cluttered as everything has a place to be stored when not in season or in use. I highly recommend this service and this provider!

This was the best handyman experience ever. Chad came immediately to do a bid, then scheduled right away. He came at 8 and worked 9 straight hours on our garage, cleaning, taking shelves down, installing (and building shelving) and hooks. he was super nice and professional, hauled stuff away for us, cleaned up perfectly. Will definitely use him for future projects.
