 + -1 morethe ottoman remains unassembled in my living room
Description of Work: They delivered furniture to my home & showed up without parts for the ottoman i purchased or power tools to use to screw in the feet to the sofa, chairs or ottoman (asked me if i had one he could use ;(. ). They left the ottoman unassembled & said they would come back another day with screws to finish. Ive called 3 times & sent two emails. A salesman by the name of michael kept saying he would call back but never did. Worst company, customer service ever & if you go there & are unfortunate enough to get michael for a sales person, run!!! Hes rude & doesnt care about customers. Dont buy from tgis company
