FURNITURE ROOM

This is among the worst customer service experiences I have had. We ordered a bedroom suite at Xmas 2007. We were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. After 13 weeks, I called and they said it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. I called 2 weeks later and they said the style we ordered was not available anymore. I asked for our deposit back. They said they would send it out in 14 business days. That was over 3 weeks ago. The only time I got an update about our order was when I initiated the call. They should have called to let us know it wasn't available. The staff kept passing the buck to the CFO saying they didn't know anything. Calls to him went unreturned as did calls to their hapless customer service manager. The staff are abrupt and not forthcoming with customers. At this point, we're looking into other options to get our money back.

THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND NOT PUSHY. THEY PROVIDED US WITH A VARIETY OF FABRICS AND COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE SHOWROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND WELCOMING. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
