FRONT RANGE STRUCTURAL REPAIR

I hired Josh because he seemed to know what he was talking about and was willing to throw in a lot of extras. I looked at another house that they claimed to have done and it looked great. But my project was a complete disaster! Josh said they could remove the caulk and paint drips with acid. Later, he said acid would damage the brick so it had to be scraped off by hand. But the scraping left serious gouges. Although he originally said the gouges could be filled and scratches could be buffed out, he was wrong. The gouges were permanent. Finally they applied a sealer over the gouged brick, which was not in the work plan and made the gouges even more visible. Most of the work was done by an unsupervised kid. Josh was difficult to get a hold of and not responsive to my phone messages. I finally fired them and left them with my deposit of $400. Because of the irreparable damage done to the brick, I ultimately had the entire wall torn down and rebuilt with new brick.
