Edward and Charles at Friendly Plumbing were excellent! We needed a commercial sink set-up and their quote for the work done was by far the best we received and I'd encourage anyone to let them compete for your work. They were on-time every time, kept everything clean and their level of competence and execution with the PVC and copper work was top notch. At the end of the job everything worked perfectly. We highly recommend them and they will be our go-to for future jobs. A+ guys.

Friendly Plumbing are amazing and I highly recommend them. They updated the plumbing on our Victorian house for a fraction of the price of what I had been quoted by others. They were on time, very professional, and did incredible work that they guarantee. I definitely plan to use them again for any future work.

I called on a Saturday. I was hoping Friendly Plumbing could come the same day. They answered the phone courteously and said they could come in the afternoon. A little later, they called and asked if they could come early - that was great with me! They replaced the two faucets for our clothes washer. Gave me a very fair estimate and completed the work with no delays or issues and aligned with the estimate. Very responsive, communicative, friendly and quality service. While Charles was at my house, he took care of an issue that I have had with my sprinkler shutoff valve. That was a big bonus!

Over all very pleased with Friendly Plumbing, Edward explained what need to be done, how long it would take and was very efficient. I defiantly would recommend Friendly Plumbing to my family and friends for the plumbing needs.

Friendly plumbing came the same day for a sewer back up emergency. They had the problem fixed quickly. The plumber was very knowledgeable. The price was affordable. They made sure to put down a tarp before bringing equipment in so they didn’t stain the carpet.

It was excellent. They were very communicative, punctual, and thorough on what they do. They definitely takes care of their customer.

Charles came in for an estimate and was able to schedule to have work done within the week. When he came in for the estimate, he explained every step of the process so that it made sense to me. Charles was early both days he came and he was very professional and courteous. He was also efficient and considerate when he was working in my home. If you’re looking for honest, hard-working professionals, you found the right guys. We would definitely work with Friendly Plumbing again.

Had a great experience with the brothers at Friendly Plumbing. Edward and Charles are super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were redoing a single rough in set up (one drain and water connections) to a double for a large vanity. They were super fast, price extremely reasonable and the work looks great. They are both careful to explain everything they will be doing before they do it so you understand it all. I will be using them again for future work for sure. If you come across Tim and Jess Williams and their company called WKS (or Willknotstop Contracting), do NOT use them. Tim Williams is not licensed properly as a contractor and grossly misrepresents his experience and skills. They are not to be trusted.
