+ -1 morePhil was great from start to finish. Our mortgage company requested that our inspection be done quicker than we originally planned. Phil was able to start very quickly for us. His report was extremely thorough. Since we are moving from out of state and could not be at the inspection, it was important that he was able to not only write a report but discuss with us issues and concerns. After we read the report, he patiently answered all of our questions and reviewed the report with us--he spent over an hour on the phone with us. I would highly recommend Phil for your inspection needs!

+ -1 moreGreat job. Very thorough. Looked in every nook and cranny. Moved, operated, tested, retested, examined EVERY thing. Spent lots of time explaining what his findings meant in person. Took lots of pictures, filed a great easy to understand report. Report included dozens of pictures with arrows pointing to items found. What a great report. Can not say enough good things.
