1st, I was told he would send a fax over for an estimate. When after appx one week and I did not receive one, I called him. He assured he could do it, and I guaranteed him his price of $185 was acceptable. My word is my guarantee, and I hold up to it. He offered to do on Wednesday or Thursday, and I reminded him that this would not work... it had to be Tuesday. On Monday I called, and asked what time would work. He told me his son had a court appointment @ 2 and he needed to be there. When I reminded him again of Tuesday, he said call me in the morning. This I did. He said it might be too cold to do this day. I told him I took care of this inconvenience to my tenant already financially. He said, call back at 10:30. This I did, and from then on, all I ever got was "he is with a customer", or "he is in the yard", etc. I was forced to leave voice mails with him, which he never returned. My tenant even agreed to next week, and I left this info on Mr Mosley's voice mail. He has yet to return any calls.
