+ -1 moreReally good response time. Spoke to Jeremy the morning of 03.26.18, they came out that evening and gave me quote. I asked if we decided to go with their service would they include the service charge $69 I had just paid. I was told yes, by Jeremy, I'll just give you back your check. I called back the next day scheduled work for Thursday 03.29.18. The night before I spoke to Jeremy and reminded him again about the service fee because I noticed it had already come out of my account. He told me to still make the check out for the full amount he would just give me another check to replace the service fee. No worries. Workers came on Thursday however still no check. I understand they are busy, no worries. Sent Jeremy a text Saturday 03.31.18. He apologized stated they had been busy hadn't had a chance but that he would bring the check on Monday. Monday 04.02.18 came and went didn't hear anything from him. Waited until Thursday 04.05.18, sent him another text stating that maybe I had misunderstood then he said Monday I assumed the Monday coming up, asked if he could please clarify what date i can expect the check. At this point Jeremy called me and again apologized stating that he had actually meant next Monday 04.09.18, but not to worry he would definitely be bringing my a check. Well yesterday was Monday, 04.09.18 and no, I have heard absolutely nothing from Jeremy or anyone at Flawless Air. Jeremy was very pleasant and professional the whole time which I guess is the reason I am having such a hard to understanding why he has not followed through on him promise thus far. I rated C for both professionalism and overall experience because I am starting to feel a certain way about the whole experience. I checked that I would hire again but I really don't know that I would. I just don't want to be completely negative about the company, they were there when they said they would be and did the job. Will update once I receive check as promised or not.
