+ -1 moreWe had the First Rate crew come out last spring and replace a section of our old fence. We loved the professionalism and quick work! We liked our new section so much that we called them to replace the entire fence. Great work and awesome people!

+ -1 moreAJ came out to the house the day after I requested a quote. He seemed very professional, pointed out things I needed to fix I wasn't aware of, and seemed very knowledgeable. I was told by AJ that a tricky part of the yard would need to be discussed with his boss that afternoon and I would have a quote within 24-48hrs. I called and left multiple messages asking for the status of our quote after not hearing from him for 4+ days...no response. I was fully intending on hiring them and even turned down another bid because AJ seemed to know his stuff. VERY disappointed in their customer service. If they had informed me the quote was delayed, I probably would've still hired them. I never heard anything. They could've made an easy $10k. Happy to take my business elsewhere!
