These were the least expensive cellular shades I could find. These are for a basement bedroom and I really just needed them to function, black out the light when closed, and look nice. The web site was very easy to use. Measurement directions were very clear. Blinds were received in about 8 days from the order date, which I thought was pretty fast. They look very nice, and were easy to install. There was one clip for the top down rail that we couldn't find in the package. Not sure if we lost it or it just wasn't originally delivered. Anyway, I emailed the company and received the part in 3 days with no charge. I should also mentioned that I emailed the company for status on the order a few days after I ordered them, and they responded within a couple hours. That's pretty great responsiveness I think.
