We hired First Class to do regular house cleaning. The first cleaning was excellent, but the quality fell off a little bit after that. Over the course of a month or two, I had numerous miscommunications with them. I was already becoming frustrated, and then twice in a row they didn't even show up on the day they were supposed to. After the first time they convinced me to give them another chance by giving me a free cleaning. After the second time, they were understandable about me not being willing to work with them anymore, and they still came and cleaned our house for free. Overall, they were nice people, but terribly unorganized. If they could pull it together and get organized, it'd be a decent company.

Went well overall. We worked out an arrangement where one week they clean the main floor, the next week they clean the downstairs. They have come weekly for the past 2 weeks and it is a joy! I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship with this service.

Every time they have cleaned our house it has been impressive. They have been prompt and if something comes up they call to let us know. An email reminder comes the day before letting you know the time they'll arrive. All around just a great experience and we now have them coming every week.

I use First Class Housekeeping to clean my house every other week and love the work that they do. They also offer additional services whichs helps save time. I needed my carpets cleaned and asked that they clean the carpets. I didn't realize that it wasn't a carpet cleaning company that would be cleaning the carpets - it was more like the machine that can be rented to clean carpets. It did a sufficient job but in high traffic areas it didn't do so well. They came back later to clean again but ultimately I had another carpet cleaning company come to clean my carpets. Housekeeping is impecable!

A "Big Deal" special that would have been cheap at twice the price! They did a great job and the ladies who came were very professional. After the work was done, the company owner checked with me to make certain that all was done to my satisfaction. And they left fresh flowers in a bud vase in the kitchen! What a nice touch! I would definitely hire them again.

Our experience was excellent, and we felt that Stacy and her crew did a great job meeting our needs for a housecleaning service. We will definitely use them again for housecleaning and may also utilize their services for other household chores, like painting.

I received the Angie's List coupon info. and was very interested in using this company. I e-mailed them on 8/24/10 around mid-day. Sadly, to date, there has been no response. I really wanted to try this company out based on the favorable reviews and the special price. But the total lack of responding to my e-mail (as well as the other person's review on no response on her phone call) said look elsewhere. How sad. So overall, very bad experience.

Initially Stacy came to survey our home and review expectations. A crew of 3 women showed up to clean and left our home looking great and feeling like a hotel - a very nice feeling. Stacy's background in the hotel industry certainly make an impression. We do not have them change sheets or do laundry, but they will make the beds (even if they are made) to look tight and like a hotel bed. The bathroom towels are folded with a cuff and the toilet paper fashioned with a point. The candies left on the bed and flowers in the kitchen are a gracious touch. As someone concerned with chemicals, I appreciate the green cleaners and Dyson vacuum that they use. HOWEVER, little by little each of these details have begun to disappear. Several times the housekeepers have been from 15-45 minutes late - all without a call to say they would be late. I have had to miss appointments due to this. After several calls and text messages, I have gotten no response to the situation. In the last several months rarely do the same girls show up twice. When they do not speak English it is very difficult to let them know what I would like to have done, as some times a room needs to be skipped or something needs extra attention. They have not brought a vacuum in a few months and the green cleaners have been replaced with some chemical replacements. Stacy claims that they are getting busier, which is great. However, the additional work load is definitely compromising the quality of work we have come to expect from First Class Housekeeping. We are now looking to replace their services.

Needed house cleaning and happened to get an angies list "big deal" offer so I bit. Was unsuccessful in getting anyone to answer the phone or reply to email and voicemail.

I called First Class and asked how soon I could get service. I got in the next day! Two girls showed up at 7:45am - a few minutes early. They came in with all of their supplies and a vacuum! (maybe they saw mine and laughed at all the stuff in the bin) They started upstairs and worked their way down. I had to leave for work, so I left them a key and asked them to put it under the mat. When I came home, my house was beautiful and clean - and my key was under the mat! I had fresh flowers on my table, candies on my bed, a little treat for my kids on their beds and a new sponge! I think the sponge was the best part! I am the tpe of person who will keep the same old ragged sponge for months! I have mirror plates all over the house and every one of them was cleaned too! My front storm door was een cleaned. I was very happy and will continue to usse First Class a little more often, so the little stuff gets done more on a regular basis.

It went well. Everyone I worked with was very professional and personable. Would use them again!

I called Stacy and she came over and went through the house with me. She wanted to know what I needed and what services they could provide, which were pretty extensive and explained how all staff are bonded and ensured and tested every 3 months. Stacy knows her staff, but this is for protection of all concerned. We set up a time and they were here and started to work immediately. The work was just excellent and the people very nice. I will use them monthly and it will be of great help to me. I would sugest that anyone hiring them NOT SKIP the initial visit with Stacy. It was very helpful and we both know what to expect. I would recommend highly. I have worked with severl cleaning services and this really is the best.

I didn't get any services, but was very disappointed and also had my hand in a splint, and 15 people coming for a party the next day-- so it was a GREAT inconvenience for me and I was very discouraged.

This service is fantastic! We get bi-monthly cleanings. The house always smells so fresh and flowers are on the table. With this service it is all about the details... every nook and cranny is spotless and there is always a lovely surprise, a special flower in the bathroom or delicious chocolates. Upon request, they use earth friendly cleaning supplies, which is important to our family. They are on time and consistent. I couldn't be more pleased with this service!

Stacy was great! They showed up on time at my new condo to do the move in clean. They did everything I asked and more. They cleaned inside the cabinets and fridge, pulled down the vents in the bathroom and cleaned them out. They oiled the bathroom cabinets and the entire place was sparkling when they finished. They also did the move out clean on my old apartment. It was a significantly harder job than the other cleaning they had done for me. They did the baseboards, windowsills, cabinets, fridge, stove, floors, bathroom and they all looked fantastic when she was done. They did such a great job! It was so nice not to have to spend the time cleaning my old place when I was in the middle of unpacking in the new one. Once I get settled I'm considering having them come back every month!

Stacy was very responsive and punctual when setting up an appointment to see what my needs were and how her company could help. She took time to go room to room to inquire about any special attention/details I wanted. Since I have dogs I am cautious about what products are used in my house especially my floors. She was sure to take etra care with my desires to make sure non-toxic products are used. Absolutely love their small touches that you don't get from other services - flowers, chocolates on pillows, turn down bed and many other finishing touches that others don't do for the SAME price!

Stacy arrived at the scheduled time with her crew and proceeded to clean my condo. She did an excellent job. She changed and turned down all the bed linens and a nice touch was that she left a mint on the pillow and fresh flowers in the dining room. She cleaned and sanitized the bathrooms and changed all the bathroom towels etc. Dusted all the pictures and air conditioning ducts. Polished all the furniture and vacuumed all the carpets. All the toilets and sinks were sparkling bright. Upon completion of the cleaning the condo smelled very fresh. Stacy and her crew are very efficient. I have arranged to use them on a monthly basis.

As above. Fantastic job at a reasonable price, so great that we have hired them again to clean our new home on a regular basis, as well as clean a previous property that we are turning into a rental.

I can't say enough about how great the owner Stacy is to work with . She worked with me on the price of cleaning and laundry because I'm on maternity leave. She is personable, professional and eager to make sure I am satisfied. The cleaning ladies, Lydia & Victoria, were thorough, polite and worked very hard to get in every corner of our home. I highly recommend First Class Housekeeping & Maid Service.
