+ -1 moreAvoid if you are on a schedule. I contacted the Fireplace Outlet Store to have them fix the starter on our heatilator fireplace. They were going to charge me $25 a hour extra because I live in Castle Rock which I agreed to. When I made the appointment they said the repairman would arrive between 10-12. I called at 11:30 as I hadn't heard from them. I had to leave a voicemail. They called back around 12:05 and said the repairman was finishing a job and would be on his way shortly but it would be quite awhile before he arrived. I agreed to this and assumed he would be on the way. I had my phone with me but it didn't ring when the repairman called. I noticed a voicemail that was left at 12:15. I called the repairman back at 12:30 and he said he moved onto the next job. I canceled the appointment as I couldn't wait any longer.
Description of Work: Needed gas fireplace serviced.
