Description of Work: I needed some small patchwork done in the ceiling, cabinet corner, and basement wall.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and masked off the floor and 2 pieces of furniture that we couldn't move out of the basement, and finished the first days work in about 5 hours. Even in that short amount of time the entire basement looked great, what an amazing difference! The mud applied on the first day dried overnight and on the second day they showed up at the arranged time and finished the job including applying the texture that matched the rest of our house. Not only that, but they repaired a crack in a wall just outside the basement and matched the texture there too. We still have popcorn ceilings upstairs, so I'll be using Felm Drywall to scrape and finish those for us too.
Description of Work: Our basement was a combination of new unfinished drywall that was unevenly patched together in some places, and scraped off popcorn ceilings that had gouges and had been mudded over unevenly. In general it was a drywall nightmare that we didn't want to try to tackle ourselves. Felm Drywall came in to look at the job and unlike several previous contractors, didn't comment on what an ugly basement/job it was. They made us feel like it was no big deal and wouldn't be that hard to make it look good. The bid was a reasonable price and the estimated time to complete the entire job was 3 days or less. The estimate was to tape and mud and smooth it all out, along with texture that would match the same texture in the other areas of our house. We offered to purchase the drywall mud for the job ourselves, so it wasn't part of the bid.

+ -1 moreFrancisco's company has 5 employees, all of whom were pleasant, competent and willing workers. Francisco was easy to work with and willing to pay extra attention to details I had pointed out. His accent is sometimes hard to understand but his ethics and exceptional quality of workmanship are just what I was looking for. His price was right. After the job, all trash was removed and floors swept clean. I am extremely pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Patch and finish plastering drywall on ceilings and walls in 2-car garage and single car garage, then paint the walls and ceilings. All plaster and paint was to be kept off the floors of the garages and all trash removed at completion. He did a great job!

Description of Work: Drywall repair and detail around windows after replacement windows were installed by a window company. Services included matching wall texture.
