It went great, not only were the movers able to come earlier than expected, they got the job done in great timing and brought 3 men instead of the 2 they said would be coming. They were very professional, kind and knew what they were doing. A great moving company. I called from Texas to have my bosses son moved and Armando the man who called back was so polite and very understanding. He was able to fit us in to their schedule and come out the next day!

Everything went as planned. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional.

Although our move fell through, Armando was so very professional. He came and gave us a very fair price for our move; delivered brand new boxes and was most gracious when I had to tell him our sale did not go through and we would not be moving. We were very happy with them and if we do move in the future, will definitely contact them again.

Our contract fell through prior to obtaining a quote; however, the gentleman who came to our home was prompt, thorough and polite. If we are able to sell our home we will definitely re-contact this company.

First of all, Armando came to give us a very good fixed quote price which was about half of some other moving companies on Angie's List. They arrived early on the loading day and were generally very friendly and pleasant to have around. They wrapped all the necessary furniture with pads as needed and did a great job of not damaging any of the furniture or the house(s). The 25 foot truck filled up quickly so we had to drop off any extra furniture at the new house's garage. They provided an additional truck to do this at no additional charge and did it promptly. I would definitely hire these guys again for this price.

Gave us realistic estimate which was a lower than others. Armando was very responsive. Arrived early and worked hard. FM had been highly recommended by the Seasons at Cherry Creek a large upscale apt complex in north cherry creek. Final cost was a little higher than I expected but fair. The movers were very careful with some special pieces. We would recommend them to anyone.

They showed up a few hours late but they worked hard and consistently until they were done.

When we made our appointment, we were told that the movers would arrive between noon and 2 pm. On the day, we got a call at 11:20 that they were running late and would not arrive until between 2:30 and 3 (and in fact it was a little after 3 when they finally arrived). This is our ONLY complaint about these movers. Jose and Alek arrived at the (later) time stated. They took time to understand what the job was, and with each item they made sure they understood where it was to be put and then they moved it there. They worked rapidly but carefully. One especially heavy piece of furniture was a real challenge for two men to wrestle up the stairs, and I wondered whether they would be able to manage it, but they kept at it, never breathing so much as one word of complaint, and got it up the stairs and deployed to its appropriate place. We had had a nightmarish experience with another moving company the week before. Those movers did not show up at all and never called or even emailed to let us know they were breaking their appointment. The contrast could NOT have been greater. These movers arrived when they said they would and they worked extremely hard the entire time. Within a little more than two hours all our furniture and boxes were deployed throughout the house. We appreciate that they prorated the time over two hours by the half our. Most companies we spoke to charge by the full hour. You should know that Family charges a $35 trip charge. Also they accept only cash and credit cards, and there is a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Had we been told this, we most likely would have arranged to have the cash on hand, but since we weren't told in advance, we did use the credit card and incurred the surcharge. Their professional work was certainly worth it, but it would have been helpful to have been told this policy by the scheduler. In short: an excellent experience. A+. We will definitely be using this company again, and asking for the same team, when it's time for us to complete the move and have our major appliances, piano, bookcases, and a few other items moved from across town to the new house. We would definitely strongly recommend this moving company.
