These guys were AMAZING! They never stopped moving! So friendly and professional. We only had them moved the furniture, if we were to move again I would have them do the whole move. My husband and I both agree they were worth every penny! Thanks again guys!

Unreliable and unprofessional. I hired this company through U-Haul's website a few days before my move. There was snow and cold predicted for the day of my move, but they accepted the job anyway. They sent an additional confirmation the night before saying they would be at my house at 10am. Overnight, the exact amount of snow that was predicted fell (about 1ft). They called me at 8:20am the morning of the move asking if they could reschedule the move for 2 days later because it was cold outside. I declined and the person said she'd check with the crew can call me back. 20 mins later, now 80 mins from when they were supposed to be there, and no call back, so I called them. An extremely rude man saying he was the manager answered. He said they absolutely would not come out to perform the work they committed to because they don't work in the snow. As if his employees are kindergartners and he didn't want them to get the sniffles. The best he could offer me was "sorry you're upset". Do not hire this company. They only work when it suits their mood, even after committing to a job.

They were prompt and very efficient. They had a lot of trash and debris to remove from our rental property. They cleaned the inside from top to bottom and made it "rent ready" for the next tenant. They did a very thorough job of cleaning the property, including deep cleaning of the kitchen appliances, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms. They were very professional in meeting us and going over everything that we wanted them to do. Their prices are very reasonable and we will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
