flooring contractor
+ -1 moreHorrible. I have had to hire a flooring professional to come in and completely resand, seal and stain all the wood floors. This will cost me $3000.00. It is obvious Expressive Hardwood Floors has no idea how to work with wood flooring. Do yourself a favor and seek out a reputable company to do any work on your hardwoodu floors.
Description of Work: Randy Blue, the owner and his partner were suppose to install, stain and finish hardwood flooring in my ranch home. He also installed some tile which was a fairly good job. The hardwood floors were installed but he did not sand, seal and stain them correctly. The floors have a washboard effect due to poor sanding and the stain is blotchy throughout t he house. The companies I brought in to give me an estimate on redoing the floors indicated that Randy's sander is off balance and he did not completely sand off the wood fill which caused the stain to not penetrate the wood evenly .
