After the hail storms last year I received several quotes from various roofing contractors in the area. Enhancing Spaces came highly recommended through a friend of a friend and they were the only one to offer me a tile roof option. After I made the decision to go with them I was impressed that they insisted on hiring an inspection of the roof (at their own expense) to ensure the roof could handle the weight of a concrete tile. This was despite assurances from my builder that it would. Some may argue that the tile company probably helped with the cost but the fact that they didn't take the easy road and skip that step impressed me. From start to finish they were professional, honest and took pride in making sure everything was done right the first time. I contacted a friend of the family who has been in the roofing business in CA for 30+ years. When I gave him a list of the materials they used from the Ice & Water Shield to the tile and everything in between he confirmed that they used the best material and didn't skimp anywhere. Even the vents they used on my house are the best they could get. My house sits above some of my neighbors and I can see from their roofs that many of them had their roofs replaced with inferior vents from what was originally on the house. Most people including myself wouldn't know the difference unless someone told you what to look for. Knowing that I never had to question the material gives me a sense of security that the rest of the job was done to the highest standards as well. In my line of work I'm constantly reading people and I have no doubt that John and his team have some of the highest values and integrity that you will find. Working with them was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I look forward to using them for future projects.

I worked with their very experienced salesman from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful. He supplied information on the roofing materials, offered his recommendations for replacement, consulted on pricing AND then he coordinated with my insurance company, my picky HOA and the labor. As an aside, my first insurance evaluation was lacking and my salesperson encouraged me to appeal it. Sure enough, a more experienced assessor was far more thorough and insurance appropriately yielded on the settlement. Labor showed up on time, worked incredibly long hours in unbearable heat and finished well before I expected. The team was respectful of the property, meticulous in their clean-up and I had no worries when they were gone. They were efficient, coordinated and wasted neither time or materials. My house looks fantastic and is well aligned with our homeowner's roofing parameters. This organization is a class act. You cannot ask for better service, pricing, consulting or virtually any assistance related to product. I was overwhelmed by their care, concern and professionalism on every front. I will, and have, recommended them to a number of friends needing exterior care. I hope they thrive as service is the key to customer satisfaction and this company has all aspects of service covered!

The Howell family business, aka Enhancing Spaces Llc., came into an HOA community to replace a roof. When it was noted a new roof was being put on the Architectural Review Committee was notified. The ARC responded that they had not been notified of the new roof and no work was to be done until the proper form had been filed and reviewed. In passing by the location of the new roof it was noted that work was starting on the roof. The workers and their superior were told they could remove the old roof, & make sure the proper paperwork was turned in before the new roof went on. Two days passed, the old roof was removed, the underlayment was applied and upon passing by the site again, it was noted that the new roof was being put on without any paperwork and without the permission of the ARC. The owner was contacted and he admitted that it was his fault. His workers were told to quit work until the paperwork could be processed. If they had used the 2 days to turn in the necessary paperwork it could have been approved and the work being done would have been in compliance with the rules and regulations of the HOA. Now the homeowner faces a fine for non-compliance.

Very timely, installers were polite & conscientious.
