Elite Roofing

The thing that made Elite so great was their representative. They have dragged their feet on getting their final payment. But, that's on them. I haven't heard from them. When I do, I'll write them a check. They were a little delayed in places but what made them so great was the rep. Somebody recommended them to me in Denver. The guy that made it great is Rick Lemon. He made the experience great. Without him I wouldn't have used him. He was my rep from them. He was the sales person and he followed the whole job all the way through. And this was damage from a hailstorm. I don't have all that much, just a few properties in Wyoming and Colorado and all of them got hit by hailstorms. They were insured. The insurance company got really angry, though. The insurance company doesn't know what to do with you when multiple properties get hit. I went through a lot of estimates on all of the properties. It was really difficult to come up with somebody who I felt comfortable with, who I thought would do the job right. What happens is they play around with the figures. It's awful. They don't tell you the straight story. I want to give special kudos to Rick Lemon.
