They were booked to come at 2:30 on Saturday, and by 2:50, were still not there. She made up an excuse, lying and saying she had tried to contact me (she didn't) and then said that the cleaning g lady was in a car accident. So they rescheduled for 9am Sunday. 9:45 and the they still weren't at my home. No call. Nothing. Absolutely appalling service. I'm getting a refund.
