Elder Concierge Services

The company is very nice to talk to and I thought things would go well. We organized the day and time three weeks before the doctor's appt. (which was on a later day in the week). On Monday of the specific week, I called to ensure we were still on the schedule. I was told that "yes, you're still on the schedule" and they specified the day and time. On the day, we waited until the appointed pick up time. When the driver didn't show, I called and spoke to the owner. She said she would call me back after contacting the driver which she did. It turns out they had the wrong day. So, no one came and I had to leave work to drive my dad. This is simply unacceptable. The owner did call me back and apologize profusely. She also offered me one free transportation ride. I would not recommend this company as with elder care, I need to be able to trust that they will do what they say they will do.

We can't say enough great things about Elder Concierge Services. They have been terrific with helping our family by providing transportation and companionship to our parents. We not only trust them, but our parents just love the people and consider them to be friends. Highly recommend this company.
