Description of Work: I started taking my 10 year old Jaguar to Elder Auto a few years ago after getting a comparative quote on the same proposed work from the Jaguar dealership. I saved money & all the work they did has stood up for a few years now. I see no reason to go back to the dealership.

Description of Work: I recently took my car in for service and was very impressed. I was not pleased with the last shop I had used, so I decided to try Elder. I was not disappointed. They were honest, fair and efficient with the service. They called me within two hours and separated all of the work into separate estimates and even gave me priority information so that I could make an informed decision while staying within my budget. I did not feel pushed and I was able to get necessary services done at a very reasonable price. I will be taking my car to Elder whenever it needs attention.
