Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work.

The guys that performed the work were great. The installation went well, and everything was cleaned up by them when they were finished. They showed up on time, and the work was completed in the time they told me it would be. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them.

Egress Windows provided a detailed estimate with firm price that covered all phases of an extensive project -- 2 egress windows and five basement-level replacement windows (all are vinyl windows). From start to finish, Egress Windows provided the highest quality communications and services, completing the job on on time and within budget. Their workers were considerate and they cleaned up everything, and there was no damage or soiling of the brand new carpeting in the affected rooms. Along the way, we added clear coverings for the window wells that were not outfitted with egress windows, and Egress Windows accommodated the late change without a hiccup. We could not have asked for a more professional, cost-effective way to update and upgrade our basement windows, and adding safety by making two rooms have code-compliant, well-engineered egress windows. We happily recommend Egress Windows for those looking for the same quality of service and product.

Excellent experience with this company from the first call to schedule a bid to the final inspection. It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual. There was no high pressure sales, but instead a detailed explanation of the company, its employees and the work. We immediately felt a sense of reassurance that the work would be completed by experts. The installation team was equally professional, polite, pleasant and extremely respectful of our home. Prior to each day of work we were fully informed of the schedule and work to be preformed. all work was completed on time and, in fact, a day ahead of the original schedule. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of the county inspection schedule, including a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. The inspector commented that the job was well done. A few days later we had another basement remodeling professional out for a quote on finishing our basement. He commented that the job was well done and that he often needs egress window installs on his projects and asked for Egress INC contact information. Without hesitation we highly recommend Egress INC. We cannot say enough about how highly satisfied we are with the total experience! Trifecta: Great people, great work, great company!

The workers showed up exactly when they said they would, the work was completed on time and as discussed, and the job was left in a neat and tidy condition. I would hire again.

They were extremely professional and the work performed was very well done. They not only did the 2 window wells in the contract, they cleared out debris from the three other window wells in my house. I think the best part of the day was seeing two of these young men helping my elderly neighbor carry some things as she was working outside. very sweet. :-)

Egress Inc was great to work with. I am very impressed at their level of service. They are great at communicating with clients and answering questions. Their follow up is excellent and they do what they say they are going to do. The quality of the product surpassed my expectations as well.

The office staff / owner were prompt and courteous in setting up an appointment to remove and old (20+ year) window well that was pulling away from the foundation due to water build-up. Their employee Chad arrived at the arranged time and discussed the work to be done, the costs with or without a cover. I appreciated the no-pressure, professional and knowledgeable discussion and presentation. I had obtained three other bids but neither were as detailed as this company. It was easy to discern that Egress cared about the customer, desired the business and was a quality provider. Their bid was higher than two others but it was obvious that the job would be done correctly and they would be available should something go wrong in the future. The others......not so much. The original appointment was 2 1/2 months out however a cancellation allowed for the job to be done more than a month early. The custom Lexan cover was installed 3 weeks later. At all times I was kept informed of the progress with follow up calls. I do feel that I got what I paid for. The company consists of quality and professional individuals from the office staff to the workers.

From start to finish, Egress Inc. did a FANTASTIC job! Every step of the process was a breeze, all the way from placing my first call & speaking with Casey to working with LoraLee leading up to the installation and then the team who came out and did the install itself. The gals who helped coordinate everything were polite, honest and always called/did exactly what they said they were going to do and the install team were absolute professionals in everything that they did. The install team cleaned up nicely and placed our existing rocks neatly around the edge of the window well. The work they completed is great...they are a first class operation and I would highly recommend their services to others!

Egress did a superb job for us. We replaced four window wells (two with ladders) and installed lexan well covers. Chad did an excellent site-survey and immediate bid; Chris and his team did a fantastic install (on-time, professional, friendly, extremely hard-working, and completed the work ahead of schedule); while LoraLee and Casey provided top-notch office support and answered all our questions in a thorough and timely manner. It's such a pleasure to find and work with a company of this outstanding caliber. We will recommend Egress to all our friends and neighbors and use them for any future work that is within their 'portfolio'.

Paul and his crew were amazing. I haven't seen three guys work that hard and that efficiently in a really long time. In addition to busting their humps, knocking out all of that work in the short weather-window they had, they were very professional and friendly too. They really took pains to make sure I was satisfied ... nay... elated... with the work. I wish everyone I contract with for work were half-as-good as Paul and his crew. I was also pleasantly surprised with the quality of the windows they installed. I hadn't really given it much thought, and just assumed they would be cheapo windows, since that is what we have come to expect as the baseline default. They are actually well built, and come with a great warranty too. If you want the job done right, this is the company to do it. I was extremely impressed.

Final bill came in under estimate, honest small company with great attitude. We have scheduled other work for this company.

Egress is highly professional. They have done work for us in the past two years and solved our water issues successfully. Jim, Loralee, Paul, Chad, and all of the team are friendly, hard-working and thorough. They are punctual and when they leave, all looks better than when they arrived. Paul has even stopped in without an appointment to follow up and see if we have had any issues. Fantastic customer service. We highly recommend Egress and will call them in the future without hesitation.

Over the past year, we have done a lot of work to our ranch house in Boulder, working with numerous contractors and subs on various projects. Hands down, Jim (the owner) and Chad (the project lead) were the most professional and the easiest to work with. They were punctual and professional and kept our house surprisingly clean (given the nature of the work). I was surprised by the cost of installing egress windows in general, but their cost was close to other bids, and they handled everything, including all aspects of the permit process and getting engineering approval for the large windows we put in. They were even willing to spread the dirt from their excavation around the base of our foundation to correct some runoff problems we were experiencing. Overall, as painless of an experience as I could hope for, and with great results.

I originally met with Chad for the initial consultation. He was very professional and took the time to explain to me what he thought needed to be done and suggesting that we enlarge the window well attached to a bedroom to get it up to code. He gave me a price quote and a realistic expectation of when the work could be potentially done. There was no pressure to commit to services at the consultation. I got a few other price quotes, and Egress INC was a few hundred over the competition, but I was getting time quotes from other companies of greater than 6 months out. I also read reviews that said Egress INC was worth the extra money, and I'd have to agree. The crew showed up on time and pounded out the project quickly and efficiently. They replaced two wells (expanded one) and were here from 8-1130. Other than the beautiful new window wells, they left no trace that they were ever there and also hauled away our old wells. My gravel around the wells actually looked better after they left! I had zero issues with the company and there were great communicators! They also got our job in a month earlier than originally planned. If I have any future window well needs, I will use Egress INC.
