Excellent. The folks from Egress showed up on time and their work is very good and products supplied are excellent.

Things went smoothly, except for having to re-route the gas line, but Egress, Inc. handled contacting the gas company and coordinating things with them. The office staff communicated so well about any issues. Exceptional service from all personnel - truly exceptional in this day and age! I would use them again in a heartbeat. Because my window well was only 3 feet, it did not require a ladder, but when I asked for one, they readily agreed to cut one down and will be coming out next week to install. First-class business from every aspect!

Jim came out to do an estimate and go over all the details. He was very professional and personable. He explained the process and gave a breakdown of the costs. We decided to dig the hole ourselves and Jim was fine with that and reduced the cost accordingly. The lead time was a few weeks to order the window and schedule the installation, but we were in no big hurry. We had several calls from Loralee confirming installation times, etc. She was great - very friendly and helpful. The crew arrived as schedule and did a great job. I especially appreciated how they regraded the area around the new window well to make sure no water would ever run in. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great customer service! From the time I called the office and they sent out a technician, everyone was so helpful. Installation was a piece of cake as well and they stayed in contact with me through the whole process. I would recommend Eggress to all my friends and use them again!

They started on Monday and finished Wednesday. They were very professional. The owner, Jim, came and met with me and explained everything to me. He was good with the paperwork. They were good on the phone. Good customer service. Men who came out were courteous, excellent, did a great job. No mess. They gave me a follow up call afterwards to tell me when the cover was coming and when it would be installed.

They were good. They came out and basically told me that I didn’t need their services.

This company was great. They were responsive, professional and very friendly. I was very satisfied with the end product. I received a few bids on this job. This company was the most expensive. However, I really liked them after talking with them on the phone and talking with the person who came to my house for the estimate, so I called them and provided them with the other estimates that I received. They brought their price down to close to the others. I chose to go with them and I was very satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

We decided to install an egress window in our 1950's home and contacted several companies for bids. We chose Egress Inc. based upon the recommendations we read on Angie's List and I am glad we did. I had an idea of where I wanted to have the egress installed. Chad came out and thoroughly walked the property, checking each possible location. Although the final choice wasn't the site I wanted, he explained the reasoning and it made better sense. The actual job itself turned into a lot more work than originally anticipated, due to the amount of rebar and the thickness/hardness of the foundation concrete. However, throughout it all, Nick and his crew were pleasant and professional; a very hardworking team. They left the site clean and my basement better than when they started. After everything was said and done, they finished as promised and we couldn't be more pleased.

This is the second time we have used Egress Inc. From the initial phone call to LoraLee through the installation with Paul they were exceptional. Paul was on time for our appointment to go over pricing and installation. They knew we were in a time crunch and moved the appointment to an earlier date to help us out. Once the job was complete the yard/rock looked like they had never been there! They even cleaned out and added rock to two other window wells without charge or prompting.

Everyone was extraordinarily courteous, efficient, and respectful of our time and our property. There were no surprises; they did exactly what they said they'd do, came exactly when they said they'd come, and kept us informed from the time we requested an estimate till the very end. Their prices were reasonable as well.

The only 2 basement windows that I had did not open, so I called Egress for an estimate to replace one window with a legal egress window. From the start to the finish, they were professional. The office staff communicates well, and the installation crew was excellent. Rather than hauling away the soil from the enlarged window well, they used the soil to grade the area around both window wells to prevent rainwater or melting snow from causing damage. When the City inspector came by to sign off on the installation, he said "You can tell this is a quality installation. They used quality materials and did nice work." As a side note, they installed Amerimax Windows, which is located in Loveland.

They were responsive and timely.They were wonderful. I would recommend them. I didn't know where to look and I found this company on Angie's List and they were great!

Great job, very prompt and professional. No complaints other than price. Very nice that everything was included in the price, including cover and permit. Other contractors told me about those items, but just gave me an estimate of what they would cost. However, my initial bid was $4500, over $1000 more than my other 4 bids. They called me back and dropped their price to $3600. They were able to install right away, so hired them. (My wife is due June 19th and I wanted it done before then.)

Egress Inc was friendly, pleasant and did a great job on the window. It was one of the most seemless experiences I've had. I would recommend Egress to anyone!

We received and early morning call to let us know when Egress, Inc. would arrive. Work went great. From start to finish with this company couldn't have been better. We are very happy with the covers. They appear to be high quality and the install was good. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. I noticed that the actual covers are made by CoverWell. When I want to redo some of our other covers I will try calling CoverWell directly to see if they might have a slightly lower price for the same product.

They were extremely responsive and professional from the bidding process through the project completion walk-though. Every person we interacted with was pleasant and fun to deal with. The project was a big effort and completed in 3 days. Love the results and wish we had done it sooner. I fully appreciated a hand written thank you note from the owners.

The Egress staff were very professional, friendly, and always available. They came out to look at the window replacements we needed to do, and there was no question in our minds how competent they would be. However, their quote was just much too high for us. Top notch company tho from first appearances.

I called Egress and they had someone in the area to give us a quote. It seemed very high so we will be checking with other vendors.

The owner arrived and measured them and gave me a price after measuring. He said they would take about 2 weeks and the office called and told me when they were in and set up the install date. All went smooth.

!My husband and I are both sticklers for quality, professionalism and great customer service, and you CANNOT get better than Egress, Inc! Seriously, from the time you call with an inquiry, through the estimate, installation, and follow-up, the Dischner family and their incredible team of employees are the best you can ask for. They will explain every part of the process thoroughly, provide you with a clear and detailed estimate of the work to be done, and the best part is that they do what they say they are going to do! Plus they are available at any time to answer questions and they make darn sure you are happy with every part of the installation before asking for the balance owed. Sure, they may be priced above some other companies, but in this case you get the absolute best and it is worth every penny. We have total piece of mind in the quality of work done, and we have no question as to whether or not they will help us if something were to come up. I have no doubt that we will still be happy with their work in many years to come. The only bad part is they don't do any other kind of contracting!

Good overall service. A Tech came out within 24 hours, as agreed, and I have my window well covers within 2 weeks - again, as agreed.

I have nothing but good things to report about our experience with Egress Inc from start to finish. We first meet the company and some of the staff at the Colorado Home and Garden show at the convention center in early 2012. We spoke with Chad at the show and he was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable about his product and services, he definitely gave us the best generic information out of the 3 egress companies represented at the show. We had our estimate with Jim in early May. He made us feel very comfortable about the whole process and answered most of questions before we even had asked them (like are you licensed and insured, will you pull the permit, time frame for install, warranties, etc). His estimate was by far the most detailed and he took the most time to give an estimate out of all the companies we had come by. We finally made our decision to move forward with the project at the end of May and our install date was set for the middle of June. Paul was our on-site contractor and he was just wonderful. He was very easy to work with, was clear about schedules and work to be completed for the day. Since this is a rental property timelines were important for us so that we could let our tennent know what and when to expect and we never had to reschedule or make changes because they were so punctual about everything. Also very important to us was having the proper permits and inspections for liability reasons, this was not a problem for the guys at Egress Inc to accomodate (it is standard for them anyways but was a big deal for us). The windows were installed without any issues and passed inpection. The project took 2 days total, including the city inspection. The work looks great and is all under warranty. They even regraded around the new wells, replaced rock and repaired a sprinkler line that ended up having to be cut and moved to accomodate the wider well size. He walked us through the operation of the new windows and all their features, they are pretty easy to figure out on your own but it was very nice anyways. I would use them again for any other window project. They were wonderfully easy to work with and they do great work.

I contacted Egress, Inc. on 15 Dec 11 to get an estimate for four lockable window well covers, one of them oversized with an escape hatch. Fwiw, I chose Egress, Inc. because of their reputation and specialization in window wells. My goal was to increase my home's safety (didn't want any children or animals from falling in), decrease liability, and increase security. Casey responded to my Angie's List e-mail inquiry. He provided me an electronic .pdf file with options (I went with the steel mesh covers to allow air flow while decreasing debris accumulation in the window wells). We then scheduled a walk-through estimate for 23 Dec 11. On that day, Jim Dischner (the owner) showed on time, took rough estimates of the window wells, completed some paperwork for the order, requested a deposit (50%), then went back out to make templates. On 16 Jan 12, Loralee (Jim's spouse) let me know the covers were ready and we scheduled the installation for 18 Jan 12 from 0930-1000 MST. On the 18th, Steve (aka Grady) arrived at 0955 MST. He placed the covers on the concrete wells, then mentioned that he was surprised that they were concrete...thought they would be steel. Unfortunately, he didn't have the correct (rock) drill for the job. He attempted to drill with the one he had, but it was inadequate for the job so he called his management then departing, stating he would probably be back in the next day or two. About five hours later, Loralee called to apologize for the mixup and stated that Paul (Operations Manager) would be out on 20 Jan 12 to complete the job. On the 20th, Paul arrived on time with the correct equipment and finished the job (approximately an hour), then showed me how the twist locks work. After that, I wrote a check for the other 50% due and Paul departed. I then got my family together and showed them the window well covers (my wife liked how they looked) and how they worked, to include a practice egress. We also stood atop the covers...stable, holds at least 400 pounds. )Last note: the covers themselves are a close fit (i.e., not flush, some portions have an approximately half-inch gap), not a perfect fit, to allow for expansion.
