 + -1 moreCalled the shop in the morning and they promised someone between 11 and 12 same day. At promptly 11 a.m. the technician arrived (he called en route to our home) and was completely done in an hour! He was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done in short order. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I especially appreciated his judgment on what to replace (the door rod) and what not to replace (the light sockets). The cost was exactly as anticipated and I would absolutely do business with this firm again. The timely and professional service was precisely what I needed!
Description of Work: Requested repair to broken garage door spring and to check out flickering lights in garage door ceiling unit. Initially only one spring replacement was requested, but added the second spring replacement after discussion with the service technician ($40 + labor). Also replaced the garage door rod after encountering difficulties with it during the repair ($30 + labor); but again only after discussion (and there was no pressure to add this to the order). The technician looked at the lighting issue and made a small adjustment at no charge. I did not want to invest much in the lighting problem. He replaced both springs, the garage door rod and lubricated the garage door hinges. It operates great now and a lot quieter!

Description of Work: Replaced oversize double car garage door. Readjusted tracks and springs. Reprogrammed garage door openers as well as box on side of garage door.
