I found this company on Angi's list. I got a call that someone could come in from 2-6. I waited all day at my house. No one came and I have security footage to prove it. They charged me for the service and there was even a fake "service report". They kept saying they will give me a free service to make up for the mistake, but are still charging me for the original service that doesn't exist. I explained that I will be on vacation and won't be able to make up the fraudulent service until a few days later from 12-4. No one came again and I got a call that someone came at 8 in the morning (when I was still on vacation and noted I wouldn't be there). Clearly there is no organization. They are sending people to wrong houses, making fake service reports, not sending people at the times you provide and giving invoices on days that didn't even happen. They are not giving me a refund and not treating me as a customer that has been wronged. At least give a discount and a free first service since it DIDN'T even occur. DON'T sign a contract with this company. **I marked I didn't pay for the service, but I am being charged and currently contesting it with bank
