Awful. He made the decision to tear out my organic garden bed without asking first, to get a piece of heavy equipment into my yard. He had said the work would be done by hand but then said he needed heavy equipment to do it. He then cut my rose bushes down to the ground, again without consent. He had a plumber move a spigot which required cutting a hole in the basement ceiling. This hole was not repaired nor were the specifics discussed with me ahead of time. He re-graded my property with road fill full of glass and trash instead of soil. My children were put at risk by this. Finally, the concrete patio had a big puddle in the middle right after it was poured incorrectly. He didn't return my calls for weeks then finally came out to look at it. He agreed to put a coat on top of it. The coat didn't fix the defect and didn't color-match the rest of the patio. He told me I had to wait til spring to fix it. I called him in spring and again he wouldn't return my calls. I finally reached him and he said he had a back injury and couldn't work. He said he had no one to help him and he was broke. Suspecting he was lying I asked a friend to call him posing as a new customer. Mr. Zuniga told my friend he could do the job, agreeing to meet with him. I called Mr, Zuniga to confront him and he said what I did was wrong. I told him what he was doing was wrong and I made a complaint to the BBB. It was a he said/she said and I didn't get any money back. He has no BBB rating because he withdrew his membership. Don't use this unscrupulous man.
