I scheduled service for December 11th. They did not show up and did not contact us. By the time they finally did show up on December 26th, we had a total of 5 times that they were scheduled but did not show up. We agreed to leave the key under the mat the first few times with the two women who answer the phone at the main number. They seemed unable to communicate clearly with us, with each other, and with their technicians. At one point she insisted that they said we needed to be present when the technicians arrived, although we had clearly agreed to leave the key under the mat. I feel that they misled me and my wife on numerous occassions, blamed their service people, and blamed each other for their own poor service. The service technicians were somewhat better. Very pleasant to work with. They did leave a huge pile of lint on the ground outside of the dryer vent, though. I used this company before joining Angie's List, when I purchased a discount coupon from Living Social. I ended up spending an additional $160 above the coupon value to complete the work, since we had additional supply and vent lines above the number covered by the coupon. I would not use their service again and could not recommend them.
