About us

20 years Full Time Experience, Commercially iInsured, often same day service, One Time Service or Full Time Maintenance Contracts available, $45.00 per hour with 2 hour minimum. Free Phone estimates for basic services. Most of my customers have been with me for years. I service all Denver Area and Suburbs. I do not remodel or do permit work. My Specialty is general residential and commercial repairs and maintenance. (HONEY DO LISTS) My motto for 20 years has been "Serving God and Man Faithfully". I also do some Rental Property Management. I prefer punchlist projects where I can get in and out in a day or two, not long term. I do not do projects requiring special licensing such as new electrical circuits or new plumbing runs and installation, I stick to the repair or fixture replacement side.
