DRAIN DOCTORS

Scheduled to have drain cleaned on Tuesday but they needed to reschedule to Wednesday (it happens). Problem is their front office is so disorganized or something when they rescheduled me they told me one timeframe and must have written down a different timeframe. I called with one hour (at 11:00) remaining in the window (10:00 - 12:00) and was told that they couldn't contact the technician regarding his availability because they "didn't want to bother him." I called again at 11:55 asking where the technician was and was treated with an incredible amount of disrespect. I asked to speak with the owner or office manager and was turned over to "Ann" who identified herself as both the manager and the owner. When I started to tell her of my frustration she just talked over me and did not let me speak, ask questions or reschedule. Even after she accused me of being abusive (which I was not) I told her I was still needing to have the service performed and she hung up on me. So much for customer service! I had used this company previously and they were just fine -- when I mentioned the plumber I had worked with Ann laughed and said that he didn't work there anymore. When I said I was going to contact the company that had referred them to me, she told me to "go ahead and call them." The lack of professionalism and the manner I was treated is incentive enough to give this company a wide berth -- there are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you like they want your business. I called Garvins and they came out within 2 hours of my call and did a great job. This was truly a Twilight Zone experience.

They've been out here twice to help clean our drains, and they did a great job both times.

Keith came out and he was a very nice young man. He was very punctual and knowledgeable. They have a high quality of work and got the job done right the first time.
