Description of Work: My husband and I had a Friday off together, and drove up from Colorado Springs to see some soapstone. There are no soapstone dealers we could find in our area. Their website said this place was open Fridays.When we walked into their showroom there were three people sitting at desks at the back of the store. They completely ignored us for a minute, until we greeted them. We said we would like to see some soapstone, and asked if anyone could help us.They said no! There would not be anyone who could help us that day, but we could come back Monday if we were interested. Really! Such poor customer service that no one could assist us in just looking at some soapstone! We went down the street to the other soapstone place and were greeted warmly and we got to look at some soapstone. Rest assured, Dorado, that when it comes time to order our countertops we will be happy to go where our business is appreciated. Your employees were very rude and unfriendly.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. We were really pleased with the selection. They were very helpful. Soapstone is a peculiar material to deal with. They know the material that they're dealing with. They were able to give advice about it. There was a problem with the fabricator, a separate company. The fabricator wasn't responsive. I called Dorado, and they made sure it got fixed for us. It was amazing that they were willing to deal with that. It was beyond their responsibility. They stand behind their product.
Description of Work: We purchased a slab of soapstone for countertops from them.
