Sue identified the problem on Thursday and had a new opener installed Monday morning at the appointed time.

I called and got a live person--Sue--immediately. She sent someone out that afternoon, he measured the door, and that was that. I liked how prompt this company was to respond and that I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Their price was the same as the other company I spoke with, but they were less impersonal. Also, they had a garage door in stock and could have installed it very quickly, but I wanted a different one that they had to order which is why the work wasn't done immediately.

Sue came within 20 min of calling her for a quote. She did not go into detail of things I did not need although I would have liked to hear more about the automatic garage door opener even though I was not in the market of getting that with my door. She was very professional and we set up a time to have the door installed that week. Sue said that her husband was the only installer at this time. When he showed up I did not know his name nor did he mention it, he was a little standoffish and at first I thought he was kind of rude. I was able to ask a few questions from him, which brought him out of his shell a little bit but it seemed as though he was here to do a job and that was it. Which I do appreciate if you want the job done right! So all and all both work very hard I have no complaints and would hire again if necessary.

We had an emergency at our rent house in Littleton. Doors Done Right gave us 24 hour service so as not to inconvenience our tenants. They even gave us a tip on increasing the longevity of the new spring.

Everything was timely and punctual, and they worked to fit my schedule. Bid was higher than I expected, but I didn't do any comparison shopping. My garage presented some unique problems, with low clearance and structural issues. Installer was able to save me some money by repairing my old opener and keeping that part of the system in place. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The spring on the garage door broke. It seemed sudden, but they were, in fact, 10 years old. I consulted Angie's List and chose Doors Done Right based on their stellar rating. I was not disappointed, except for a slight glitch. I called on Wednesday ( the day the spring broke), after 6PM and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered the phone and was able to set me up with a service call for Friday afternoon. Friday morning I received a call that the service call needed to be changed. I was disappointed, but the appointment was moved to the next day at a time convenient for me. That's great customer service. The service person arrived during the time window and was done in less than 30 minutes. The price tuned out to be more than I was quoted on the phone because my door was taller than average. That might be a good question to ask customers when they call. I was asked whether I had a one piece door or a sectioned door, but I wasn't asked about the height. So I was a little taken aback when I was informed that the price would be $44 more. But the speed with which the work was done, and the warranty from the company made the added cost worth it.

I joined Angies list because I needed some work done here on my home. The first person I call did not do the job as I expected but these folks were great. A lady came out to quote the job several hours after we called and she brought someone to "fix the broken door" temporarily. I am very please with my second choice on Angies list. Thank you

Perfect. Repairman was early, took him 30 mins. to complete. Works like new. A friend of mine did the same job himself for $100 but due to the risk of injury the extra $150 is worth it.

Did not go well. The doors were installed by a person that didn't know what they were doing. At one point one of the doors closed about a foot short. The opener and it's track would visibly shake up and down very alarmingly because the wall bracket wasn't mounted properly. We had multiple problems with both doors, until finally another installer came out to say the original guy had been fired. Owner addressed problems even one year later and communicated that original installer had phony credentials which caused all the problems. In the end I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and service with handling a bad situation.

I called in the morning, and was able to schedule an appointment for the afternoon. My existing garage door opener was failing intermittently, and I was told on the phone that this was a common problem with my particular brand of opener. Doors Done Right no longer services this brand so if the problem was my opener rather than the door, they could only replace my opener. The representative arrived right on time. He could not find a problem with either the opener or the door, and left it up to me as to whether to replace it. I authorized the replacement. The work was finished in less than an hour, and the opener works perfectly.

Sue, visited the next morning and presented details on a new modern insulated metal two car door, which included all new hardware and springs. We like what we saw and ordered the door, which was installed that afternoon. Great same-day-service and workmanship by "JC" and his assistants. A couple of days after the new door had 'settled,' an air-gap was noticed at one upper- corner of the new door and frame. I phoned Sue, she sent her experienced "JC" installer over in two days to fix the adjustment problem. Great service company and our thanks to Sue!

Overall it went very well. Price was as promised, the service tech showed up on time, and all went well. We could not ask for much more.

The repairman showed up a few minutes earlier than the estimate and quickly went to work. He fixed the springs and cable and also tightened up the bolts on the door and replaced one that had fallen out. He was courteous and professional and did a good job, quicker than expected.

The company responded very quickly to my call to setup an appointment the next day. They arrived promptly, new their work, did an excellent job. The garage door operated much more quietly when they were finished.

WOW!!!!!!!!! Sue and JC far exceeded my expectations in every way! They are great people to deal with. My garage door was fixed in less than 12 hours and I called the night before. They take pride in their great service. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks!!!!!!

I called Sue Saturday morning at 9:30 AM because the garage door would not open. She sent JC out that afternoon. He was very professional and had the problem assessed and fixed within half an hour. He also checked out the whole door to ensure everything was functioning correctly. He was very nice and knew what he was doing.

While house hunting I worked with Sue on another property. She was professional and went out of her way to try and find a solution. I did not end up buying that property but always kept her name and number. Once I did find my dream house property I called Sue to have her put on new doors, openers, etc. The installation was excellent, I have not had any problems. They were timely, professional and responsive.

In spite of recent heavy snow storms, Doors Done Right was the only service provider of 3 that I had scheduled to come to the house on a Saturday that actually made it. The tech arrived 30 minutes early, and took extra steps to make sure the job was done right. The required reschedules (due to the previously mentioned weather) were always well communicated and always adhered to. This is a first class company that I would surely do business with again.

I am sure there are other good garage door installers in Denver but none could have done a better job than Doors Done Right. Knowledgeable, considerate, and skilled, they gave a spot on estimate and performed all work to the highest quality standard. They are a pleasure to work with and communicate exceptionally through the process. They removed our old door, made a small modification to our door frame, hung the new door and the operator in a day. All for a price that was below several competitors.

JC, the installer, was on time, very personable, and installed the doors in a timely manner. We got several estimates prior to choosing this company. Doors Done Right was reasonably priced and had a quality product. We are very happy with the doors. They are quiet and the overall look of our home is much improved.

They came on time and they came out right away. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I hadn't checked the prices with anyone else, so I didn't know exactly how much it would cost. It cost $189 which seemed kind of high, but I don't know because I didn't check. The gentleman who came out was very nice and did a good job. The garage door is working great so far.

I called them about 8:15am and they came by at 3:00pm the same day. The work was done by 5:30pm. I would definitely recommend them. Their price was right in line with other companies (I checked 3). And they recommended the opener that was rated #1 by Consumer Reports.

Order and scheduling was done on the very same day. Crew was prompt and installation was quick and the crew cleaned up after themselves. Will order a new garage door from them in the future.
