I was confused by the ad on Angie's List. I think it was misleading, I expected $200 work of tree service. Not an estimate for $700.

Outstanding work from professionals who know their business. These are educated and highly experienced tree experts. We feel that our trees add value to our home and we wanted them evaluated and pruned. We also wanted to plant new trees in our backyard. The owner, Paul Donovan, came to our home. This guy was impressive. He really understands different species of trees and how they survive in the Colorado environment. The owner and his team trimmed the hardwoods on our property. The trees have thrived. They also recommended and planted about 9 new trees in our backyard. These included Birches and Norwegian Pines. These new trees have all survived and look great. You will not go wrong with this group. They were highly professional and reasonably priced.

One of my trees was damaged last winter during a heavy snow and a neighbor told me that the tree wouldn't make it and that I should probably remove it and replace. I called three different companies to get their opinions and receive quotes for the job. Paul from Donovan Arborists stood out as being the most knowledgable. He is the owner of the company and responded immediately to my phone call. I met with two other companies from Angie's list. One company was far too expensive and the other just did not impress me. Paul stood out as being a true arborist versus a tree pruner, and his pricing was very reasonable. I could tell that he is passionate about what he does and really cared about saving my tree and was eager to teach me about what I can do to support this tree and help it thrive. I would absolutely recommend Donovan Arborists and am extremely pleased with the work that was done, the service, knowledge and professionalism!
