 + -1 moreI recently just tried to request a move. They advertise and quot;Freeand quot; Move...but it was also a big lie. They actually want me to pay $100. That is asking me to pay to KEEP their service. I sent a complaint letter, but after this experience, I will probably just pay the cancellation fee and sign back up with cable. See original ad: http://www.mydish.com/support/movers As I've written earlier, nothing is ever very truthful.
Description of Work: Horrible, stay away...unfortunately my experience with DirecTV was almost as bad, but DISH has a lot of false advertising! I wish I read these reviews before I set it up, because I would have probably just gone back to cable. Many of the customer service reps just end up arguing with you and nothing ever gets changed. They lied to me 3 times telling me that the channels I wanted were in my package! I was looking for Sprout for my child. Each person told me they carried it, but after I signed up of course come to find out it doesn't even exist in their service AT ALL! I've never heard so much BS from so many different people in my life! Beware, they offer a lot to get you in that contract!

Description of Work: AN EMPLOYEE FROM THE DISH NETWORK COMPANY CAME OVER TO OUR HOUSE TO INSTALL THE SATELLITE SYSTEM. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL.

 + -1 moreCOMPANY WAS PROMPT, GUYS WERE POLITE, and HELPFUL. PRICE WAS THE GOING RATE for THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.
Description of Work: HAD PEOPLE COME OUT, and SURVEY THE PROPERTY TO SEE IF WE WERE okay TO RECEIVE THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL A DISH ON OUR house.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME TO MY HOME AND INSTALLED A SATELLITE DISH. THEY ALSO INSTALLED THE DISH CABLE BOXES TO OUR TV'S. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY DID WHAT THEY CAME TO DO AND WERE POLITE.
