I was in the process of selling my home and needed some broken concrete roofing tiles fixed in order to meet closing deadlines. After getting the run around from a couple of other contractors, I called Diamond Exteriors. Diamond Exteriors sourced the discontinued tiles and completed the repair within 48 HRS. They actually hold the warranty on my roof. They replaced my roof in 2009. I never could get them on the phone or get a call back. It was very annoying. I am not very happy with them since they didn't give me a call back. I had to call the city to ask who pulled the permit and they gave me Diamond Exteriors number. I called and left messages several times, and no one ever contacted me. I would never use them because they should've been responsive. They did come out and replace the roof, but were totally non-responsive as far as repairs that needed to be made. I don't know what the situation was, but they should've called me back. The roof should've been covered under the warranty.

They were very punctual, came out when they said they would, did the whole roof in one day, took care of a few small problems while the work was being done and everything passed inspection.

I noticed that my one roof vent was leaking around the bottom and into the attic. I called Diamond Exteriors to get an estimate to repair this leak. The sales rep Andy, told me that I had hail damage from a storm that had occurred in June of 2009. I told him that I knew we had a bad hail storm that last June, but I did not make a claim, as I did not see any evidence of the roof leaking last year. He got on the phone with my insurance agent, made the claim, set up the appointment and helped me through the entire claims process. My contact person was again here when my insurance agent came to inspect for hail damage. Andy said he wanted to make sure that the insurance company's adjustor included ALL of the hail damage in the estimate. With Andy and Diamond Exterior's help, my claim went extremely smooth, no hitches at all! The roof replacement was scheduled within 3 weeks of receiving the claim check and the tear off and install was performed in 4 hours, and went exactly as promised. The roof was inspected by the County and passed with no problems. Once the depreciation check was received, the rest of the work was completed timely and in a professional manner. I am VERY pleased with the service I received and the performance of all employees involved. I highly recommend Diamond Exteriors!
