Description of Work: Needed a refrigerator / freezer moved back into my home after having new hardwoods installed.

+ -1 moreIt went terribly. We received a call back after leaving a voicemail indicating that we were cancelling our scheduled move... after 3 prior voicemails to the same number. Quite interesting how we only heard back after cancelling. The person who called back asked if we'd scheduled "a delivery" - he had no idea what we'd schedule with the MAIN OFFICE DAYS AGO. His excuse was the office manager was out sick. I could not care less.
Description of Work: Failed to return communication for the entirety of the day when scheduled for assistance Only spoke to someone after calling and leaving a voicemail to cancel service after 2+ hours of no-show and nothing but voicemail. We had scheduled a move 6 days in advance. We cleared our schedule for the day and prepared everything to be moved at Noon, and we finally decided to find a reputable company after 200 minutes (over 2 hours) of waiting.
