Denver Painting Pro (DPP) was referred by a co-worker. I requested 4 bids from different companies, and DPP was the most responsive of all of them. They inspected the house and supplied a bid within 1 week of my request. Although their job cost was in the middle of the bids received, I felt very comfortable with the owners. Plus, the company provided a choice of primer and paint qualities, with each selection having its respective guarantee from DPP (i.e., the higher the quality, the longer the guarantee period from DPP). Once selected, DPP was able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. Their work crews were prompt, professional, and efficient, and they cleaned up each evening. The entire job took less than 1 week (including the very time intensive pergola). The owners showed up every day to inspect the work done by their crew. Additionally, they will show up each anniversary date within the guarantee period to make sure their work is "holding up". I would highly recommend DPP. In fact, come spring, I will probably be using them to power wash and stain my privacy fence. Thank you, DPP.
