+ -1 moreThey damage almost every single piece of furniture and lost my $1,000 bicycle and said “ As for the lost bike we have procedures to prevent this from occurring. These procedures are the initial and final walk through. I spoke to the team and they assured me that these procedures were followed. This releases us from any liability for any items accidentally left behind. So unfortunately we will not be assuming any liability for the missing bike.” I have a text message from the driver telling me “oops” and that he last saw it in the garage at my old apartment and to see if I can get someone to check. I did and it wasn’t there.
Description of Work: I moved from Denver to New Orleans.
