DRG is a one stop shop for all your property needs. We have been working with DRG for a number of years in various capacities. At first DRG managed one property for us, later a few more. We also sold and purchased a couple of properties with DRG agents. Throughout the years we built relationship and know that we can count on DRG finding good tenants, resolving any issues and keeping us updated. The DRG team lets us know before lease renewal dates if tenants would like to stay and works with us on rent. If tenants want to move, DRG is usually able to place in new tenants without significant effect on rental income. DRG maintenance team is good. They take care of the most typical tenant fixes. We are asked to give approval for more costly repairs which so it is not a surprise. For more specialized work or upgrades, I guarantee that DRG team can recommend someone who is not only good and reliable but also has very competitive rates. We receive monthly financial statements that detail rental income and expenses as well as any maintenance and tenant communication for the month. This keeps us involved, without actually having to get involved. It is peace of mind to have DRG take care of our properties.

Great group of Intelligent and professional Real Estate Investment Professionals.
