+ -1 moreHow did it go? It went great! Sandy is very friendly when you call and answers the phone immediately. She and Oscar do their best to accommodate your schedule and really understand customer service. Again, Oscar not only arrived on time, he called to say he would actually be early and got right to work as soon as he arrived. Great work at a very fair price, thank you!
Description of Work: We needed a deep cleaning of our carpets due to an aging dog who has accidents in the house. Oscar quoted me a very fair price and the appointment was booked. I received confirmation emails of my appointment and texts the day of notifying me of his arrival. He actually came early! He thoroughly vacuumed before he began steam cleaning. Oscar was careful to lay down pads so my flooring wasn't damaged by the hoses and he did an amazing job. When he was done, our carpets looked and smelled amazing. Unlike other companies I have used in the past, his price never changed from the estimate either. I would highly recommend Denver Pros, so much so in fact that I'm having them out to clean my ducts next month.
