We have had a pretty good experience. They do a good job. They are very professional.

It’s a cleaning service. I don’t use them anymore. I spent $82 for their service. They have lots of Spanish speaking employees. They were flexible with the changes, which I appreciated. They came every two weeks and they were very flexible when I needed to change. There were some scheduling errors, but they were responsive when I contacted them to say that I expected someone to show up. It was a positive experience.

The price wasn?t the problem, it was that they didn?t speak English. We found out after the fact that they didn?t do half of the cleaning that we wanted. I wouldn?t use them again. I don?t recall what we paid, but it wasn?t cheap.

They were not here very long and the work was what I would expect if a deep cleaning had already been done. My ceiling fans were not touched, the window sills were not cleaned, nor were the windows, the blinds were not dusted, the laundry room was not touched -and I had asked for a dusting and wipe down. For the price, I believe I could have received a better value. So, I told them I didn't want the every 2 week cleaning.

Call them and they provide an estimate. Initial cleaning is more expensive. They provide everything from vacuum to cleaning supplies. Very trustworthy and professional.

The overall experience is as described above.

The first time they came in they sent in two people to do a big clean of the house. Then for the regular cleaning every other week they sent one person who was not up to par. She would miss stuff. It felt like she didn?t want to do it and that her heart wasn?t in it. I went there to talk about it, but they were just a company that I did not feel comfortable doing business with. I would grade the first cleaning and "A" and every time after that a "D".

Overall cleaning good. Did notice a few things that got missed. Did a great job dusting.

I knew MaidPro was more expensive than other services and based on the reviews I had expected above average cleaning. I would have to say my independent house cleaner who is no longer in business did as good, if not better job for about 1/3 of the price. They missed some very basic things, such as dusting in the bathrooms, the ceiling fan, the laundry room, etc. Although they do have a 24 hour guarantee and would have come back, I didn't call. I felt like we were so far off between price and value that it wasn't worth a follow-up visit.

Pluses: The workers were pleasant, professional, and thorough; they asked questions if needed. Minuses: the tub and glass enclosure could have been better cleaned.

I would not use them again...very disappointing.

Initially I was not completely satisfied and they worked with me until the cleaning was at the level I thought appropriate for their slightly expensive scale. They are very flexible about changes in dates or size of the cleaning needed. If you are not immediately satisfied- do take advantage of their easy access and excellent responsive customer service.

They were good and I am considering using them again.

They are professional, responsive and punctual. They do cleaning like it is their own home. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

The initial clean was fantastic and worth every penny. Then the regular ones were OK- but considering the price I gave mixed feedback. They immediately responded with some extra supervision of the regular housekeeper and now the cleans are back to very high quality in keeping with the price. They are easy to reach on the phone and worked with me.

They started with a thorough cleaning which I thought was a overpriced. They have to make three other cleanings to have them come out. I complained that the thorough cleaning was not so thorough. They came back out and corrected the problem. They now come on a bi weekly basis. I request Priscilla, she very meticulous and does a great job.

The company gives an estimate over the phone based on a list of questions such as house size, number of knick knacks, etc. They want to know about special considerations, antiques etc. The workers were very conscientious and cleaned everything in sight except for the things we excluded. They were personable and businesslike. They worked efficiently, quickly and knew what they were doing. The materials they used for cleaning were the same I have used e.g. Kona wood floor cleaner. The vacuum and other cleaning aids were clean and in good condition. The company calls before the scheduled visit to remind you of the upcoming work and asks if there is anything special you would like them to know or do. They encourage feedback after the work to redo anything that is not satisfactory (everything has been satisfactory). They leave a checklist after the work is done to show what they did. They are very thorough. We are extremely pleased with this company and intend to continue to use them. I would recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning services.

It went very well and they did an excellent job. They cleaned everything well and even found things to clean I didn't even expect them to clean. It cost a little more but it was worth the money.

With previous services, after a couple months we noticed a drop-off in quality. Also, they broke things, and one actually tried to hide a broken figurine. Although Maidpro is more expensive than many other services, it really is worth it. The manager checks in by phone after every cleaning, and if everything isn't to our satisfaction, he'll send the staff member back out. We only had to do this once, and he actually accompanied the staff person to make sure the oversight was corrected. They also are very accommodating about adding cleanings during the holidays, when guests are expected, etc.

I haven't had a thorough cleaning in a couple of years, so there was some catching up to do. They did a good job and paid attention to detail. There was a bit of confusion over what I had requested that they clean, but after I pointed it out they did the parts that had not been done. They arrived on time and worked steadily the whole time they were here.

They did a very thorough job. We loved them. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The price that they gave us was reasonable.

My first interaction was with Matt, and he was extremely friendly and thorough. I was actually in an earthquake in CA while talking to him on the phone and he called back to see if I was ok. He was very thorough in asking me about the house and what we were looking for. I called on Monday and needed the house cleaned on Friday, and he was able to change the schedule around so that it could be done on the short notice. The reason I was disappointed was because they charge more for the first cleaning assuming it is a deeper clean. I was under the impression they would check with us if they hit their time limit, so I could approve them going longer. This didn't happen, I was just charged $20 more than what our quote was for a standard clean. (good thing is you can pay by credit card, bad thing is, that is how I found out how much it cost). Especially considering the charge for the "deeper" clean, I wasn't that impressed. There are some harder to reach areas, that were just completely ignored. It seemed if blinds were down, then the window sills were not cleaned, things like that. Also, our basement was not in shape to be cleaned this time around, but we were charged for it anyway. We originally thought it was a bit pricey, but they seemed so thorough. Given what they missed, I think we could find the same or better service for less money.

They came in and it just seemed like they were more interesting in having fun; they kept chatting. They even left equipment here that I was nice enough to return. I was not very pleased with the cleaning process itself.

Sakina, our cleaner from MaidPro, is great and very thorough. A representative from the company calls each week the day before to let us know she is coming, and the day after to ask how things went. They provide a quality cleaning and Sakina is pleasant and efficient.
