+ -1 moreThey seemed very knowledgeable of most apple computers models and the problems they have. Once they got to the computer they were good to deal with. They do take one business week before they even look at your computer.
Description of Work: Mac book pro laptop would not start up. They were not able to fix it, but placed hard drive into external case for $90.

+ -1 moreOverall it was great! No complaint. We saved money.
Description of Work: The iPhone was dropped and the screen was cracked and had to be replaced. They were very professional to deal with. We had a problem with the entire screen going black after using the phone for a day and we brought the phone back and they fixed it right away without charging us any more money.
