Description of Work: This guy is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and knows NOT what he is doing. He recommended an irrigation system. I had it installed but his work was inferior. Accidents waiting to happen. Not burying the tubing, the heads of the sprinklers about three inches above ground. Connection to water was on top of cement for someone to trip over. The guy offered to buy me a rug to cover it so I wouldn't fall. I am an elderly woman and was taken advantage of. What is the criteria for a service to be put on your list?

Company did not provide the service that was agreed on nor did they offer to reduce my bill or come back out.
Description of Work: I met with the owner in late fall to get an estimate on snow removal. At that time we discussed what I wanted done and he provided what I thought to be a reasonable price. I initially liked this company because they seemed professional and charged per day that they came out. When I finally called to have them come out to shovel my driveway, sidewalks and backyard area, I came home that evening from work to find they had cleared a path down my driveway big enough to drive my car only, they had blown/packed snow against the side of the house and door and didn't touch the backyard. I had to shovel the snow away from the side door and clear the backyard in order to get into the house. When I discussed my concerns, he didn't offer to reduce the bill or come back out and remove snow from against the house. I ended up shoveling all the snow away from house. I sent him an email saying I'd send him a check and stated I was very surprised he didn't at least reduce my bill since he had not provided the service agreed upon.

Services provided were great and just what I needed. Shane answered the call himself, and he scheduled immediately for service that day. He was there early before our agreed to meeting time. He is a small shop, and eager to demonstrate this ability to do work in a professional manner. I'll be using him again with the next snow fail.
Description of Work: Removed snow from front path, sidewalk in front of house, and driveway.
