Within a week of refinishing the wood floors a few boards started to curl , and some areas separated with glue exposed. I began to call, to get some help. Call after call , no one would call me back! Weeks went by, still calling! Felt sorry for the receptionist, she would just apologize for their lack of concern! Long story short, I finally got Head of Production on the phone , he was very rude, demanded none of my problems were under warranty ( sight unseen)! Said I must have done something to my floors because boards just don't curl or separate! It's just not physics! I asked to speak to the owner and still no phone call! Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Denver Dustless is one of that rare breed of service providers, the real pros, the knowledgeable craftsmen that provide superior service at a fair cost. 20 years of kids and dogs on 50 year old oak floors took their toll. The Denver Dustless team were able to take on the task with minimum disruption . All appointments were kept. Schedules were reasonable and the quality of their work, simply perfect. One note. We were skeptical of the claim of dustless floor sanding and went so far as to cover cabinets etc. with plastic. Turns out, that was unnecessary. The vacuum systems they used were remarkable. Only the slightest amounts of dust remained on window sills and trim and was easily wiped up. They were competitive with price and superior with service.

Absolutley the best. We scheduled the job for when we would be out of town and they were happy to accomodate us with our dates. The technicians were personable yet professional and all work from start to finish was everything that they told us to expect. We came home to the most incredible floors we have ever had since living there, and we have lived there for 11 years. We were absolutely speechless when we opened the door at how well the job was done. I would highly recommend Denver Dustless. And there really was no dust! It was amazing. We had partially had our floors done before, much less square footage than this job, by another company, and it was a mess for weeks trying to clean up. This was virtually dust free. We live in an older home and have had many repairs and re-do projects over the years and this is the happiest we have ever been with any company that we have dealt with. That is another reason we became a member of Angie's List, we were tired of being taken advantage of. I could not be more pleased with the work or the help from Angie's List in choosing this company.Thank you to everyone.

We had two different workers. One removed the carpet and installed the wood. Most work was done well. Only complaint was that he dropped some larger wood pieces down the air ducts that he was replacing the covers with wood. He did a really good job cleaning up the area where he installed the wood, but not so great with clean up around the new duct covers. These are small issues given how nicely the installed wood looks! The gentleman that did the sanding and finishing was very prompt and professional. We were extremely happy with his work. The only complaint was that he forgot on the last day of sealing to vacuum the air duct vents. It seems like he probably was so involved with doing the final coat that he forgot before he had to be off the floors from putting down the final coat. We did ask to have an area that was missed that needed to be filled in the existing wood floor. They sent someone out ASAP to do the repair. I chose Denver Dustless after having two independent wood floor contractors bid in addition to Denver Dustless. Their price was close the the lowest bid and they were very prompt with quotes and answering questions. Their availability was also perfect for my project.

They didn't apply to stain even,mostly around the perimeter and I am beign told by another professional that they didn't apply enough of the finish coat. I would not recommend them.

Thorough and professional from estimate to completion. All work done by employees of the company. No subcontractors involved. Could not be more pleased.

They were excellent and their price was reasonable for what I needed to have done. They did a very nice and good job. They came back and saw that the floor wasn't quite ready to finish up and waited a day which I appreciated because it could have been a gooey mess had they not. They were prompt and clean.

We were happy with Denver Dustless Company. They did a good job. They had to fit in some new flooring pieces in the existing flooring. Most of their work was to patch in the new floors with the old floors. They then refinished all of it. They did a decent job and finished it in couple of days.

I asked several companies for estimates. Denver Dustless did the work for my next door neighbor, who said they did a good job and were completely satisfied. The person who came was prompt and courteous. The estimate was given by fax later on the same day. The work was scheduled to be done while we were away on vacation. We made arrangements for the workers to get into the house and lock up when the job was done. When we returned from our trip the floor was done as promised and looked very good. There was no noticeable dust in the house. We were pleased with the work and the price was exactly as estimated beforehand.

We had them come out a number of times as we were remodeling floor by floor. They were extremely professional and always friendly. They did a great job and were very, very clean. They were extremely helpful and patient in matching stain color to different wood types as we were trying to stain aged ash with new oak. Our floors and stairs look great and we never had any issues with Denver Dustless at all.

Denver Dustless was responsive to my original inquiry, very prompt and professional at all times. They are really nice guys who do great work. They warned me the patch work could be noticeable, when in fact they were able to complete both patches and they are hardly visibile. In addition, the original quote was very detailed including price to install ($8/sq ft), price to remove appliances, base boards etc. They warned me they wouldn't be able to hook back up my gas stove or re-install the toilet which was fine (we did that ourselves, and they couldn't do it for liability reasons). They were able to stick to the estimate exactly. They were able to cut the wood on our outside patio, so there was very minimal dust from the whole process (for refinishing they use their "dustless" technique). I was incredibly pleased with their service and the completed work, and will definitely use them again.

FANTASTIC crew. Dustless service allowed us to continue painting in the kitchen while they worked on all the floors in our small house. Prompt, sense of humor, good folks that really made it a pleasure to support their business.
