+ -1 moreI think they did real good. There was a problem and they took care of it. I told them my husband did not like something and they said "okay, whatever you want." They came out and did manufacture one part of it and fixed it. There was one thing that was not hanging right so I called them up, they came out, took it down and fixed it. Certainly I give them customer service A-plus, plus. I really liked the convenience of them coming out to do what they did. They were very professional and it did not bother me to have their people in my house.
Description of Work: They measured my house for blinds.

+ -1 moreIt was a mess. I got the vertical blinds three months after I ordered it. One of them was not a good material. The first three of the four went somewhere else and finally came back to the warehouse before it came back to me. I had to do all the follow ups. I was not happy at all. The price was not bad, it was cheaper than some and more expensive than others. But I was only after a certain product line. For the delivery, I will give them an “F” but for coming out I will give them an “A”.
Description of Work: Decorview performed some services for me. I ordered appliance and vertical from them.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. Noreen the decorator was cooperative and prompt and professional and gave me options, I knew exactly what I wanted. The installers were excellent. They beat the time frame. I actually had a problem with their first installation and they came out right away and corrected it. I was concerned because I knew the product was expensive. I was concerned with having the right measurements and installation, I didn't want any problems.
Description of Work: They made and installed the custom shades.
