 + -1 moreThe job went very smoothly, and was completely finished in approx. 3 weeks. The work crews were consciencious and considerate of the homeowner. Most did not speak English, but there was always at least one person on site that did, and the owner, Scott Canady, inspected the work daily. In addition, Scott worked in close coordination with the landscape designer who worked for the other landscaping business.
Description of Work: Complete landscaping of entire yard (over 9,000 s.f.) pursuant to landscape plan prepared by a different landscape design co., emphasizing xeriscape plants and materials. Work included: demolition and removal of existing landscape; rototilling soil amendments into new lawn area; lawn edging; designing and installing sprinkler system with sprinklers for lawn area and drip system for shrubs and trees; laying weed barrier fabric and 32 tons of 1-1/2" rocks in shrub/tree areas; planting trees (all speciman size) and shrubs; and installing 3200 s.f. of blue grass sod.
