Dad and sons moving company

First of all, their quote was way off. I sent the owner, Jesse Valdez, pictures and it was supposed to be three loads and my quote was for $450. The job ended up being $750. This was supposed to include a few items from my other home. They could not move the items that day because they ran out of time. They were supposed to show up the next day at 8:00 am and did not show up until after 3:00 pm. I was at work in another city and could not meet them. I ended up having to move all of the items out of my house myself and put them on the curb, hoping they would be safe. Jesse Valdez is now holding ,my items hostage for an extra $900 ransom. I finally agreed to pay this even though this part of the move was supposed to be covered in the $750 I already paid him. He refuses to return my phone calls and texts and will not provide me an address so I can pick up my stuff. He has family heirlooms that are priceless and some of my children's belongings. My children are distraught they they cannot get their items and so am I. This man needs to be a professional and let me get my items back. I have agreed to pay the extra $900 plus the storage fee's and he refuses to work with me or even call me back. If he will not give me his address or the address of the storage unit where my items are at, this just proves he has done this to other people and knows how to work the system. I just want my belongings back. I am a single mom and he knew this. I think he took total advantage of this fact and the fact I did not know very much about the moving business. The kids and I cry all of the time because the family heirlooms cannot be replaced by any amount of money. Jesse Valdez, have a heart and return our stuff. I am willing to pay for everything!
