I asked for David's card upon seeing the beautiful job he was doing on my neighbor's chimney. (My neighborhood has so many bad brick repairs that I assumed good ones weren't possible)! His crew on the ground were very friendly and were enthusiastic about him, which I took as a good sign. He promised to give me an estimate on a chimney rebuild once he was off the neighbor's roof, and did. I kept the bid, intending to do the work the next summer. Six months later, I lost two chimney bricks (110-year-old chimney) after a very high wind. David came out the next morning and removed the top two courses of bricks for safety. He then suggested repair solutions that were cheaper than his original bid. We arranged for him to come back later in the week to do the actual repairs and he did. He's a very nice guy, responds thoughtfully, and makes good suggestions. I would hire him again.
