They upgraded my electrical panel and was definitely the best quote i received. Charles was polite and picked up on things few other companies were able to. We scheduled and they came in and did the work but the mistake i made was paying in full before the work was 100% complete. It seemed like i was no longer a priority and it took numerous attempts to schedule in a time and more importantly get them to commit to it. It took about a month before the job was finally 100% complete.

Very easy to work with and did a great job. the only thing I wished they had not tracked so much dirt in since they had to work both inside and outside.

I had talked to numerous electrician about this project. I received quotes ranging from $1500 to $5000, a few of the companies I spoke with were short and rude. When Charles from CT Electrical called me, he was so polite. He quoted me $2,989 and when the electricians were done, the price was the same as what Charles quoted me, there were no surprises. And the electricians working on this, they were so polite and nice. They walked me through the house and explain to me what they needed to do and how long it would take. When I met with the contractor for Xcel to do inspection, he said he was very impressed with the work they did and he also stated the price I was charged was very fair and in the range it should have cost. I would recommend CT Electrical to anyone and everyone I know.

THE PERSON QUOTED A PRICE TO WIRE MY KITCHED OH LIGHTS TO THE SWITCH, WHICH I PAID FOR IN MAN HOURS. I HAD TO BUY MY OWN FIXTURES. THEN WHEN HE INSTALLED THEM HE SAID HE COULD NOT WIRE TO THE SWITCH AND NEVER ADJUSTED THE PRICE.

Thought his prices were a little high and when installing the bathroom light he damaged some dry wall. The other work that was performed seemed good.

Charles came the same day of the request and spent all time necessary to trace down my poorly done electrical problem, then fixed and explained to me what he did and why, along with why a professional electrician is always the best way to go. After they left, I had a minor light switch problem and they returned promptly to fix the problem.. They were friendly, professional and took time to explain what they were doing.
