I'm extremely disappointed in the experience using Crown Home Services Denver. They were assigned to my job back in October 2021 through American Home Shield. The plumber came to my house at the end of the day and told me that he installed a new disposal within 15-20 minutes of getting to my house (that should have been warning flag #1). Within 2-3 days, I already started to see leaking from the "new disposal". I got busy with other things and was forced to keep a bowl under the disposal to make sure that the leak wouldn't ruin my particle board. I used AHS again, thankfully not Crown Services, and the plumber showed me multiple parts that had severe leaking and wear/tear. He believes that Crown Home Services actually did not replace anything. This would be very discouraging and I would recommend not using this company that shows such a lack of integrity.

As a single woman, I would not recommend this company. They came and fixed one issue on the pipe, but the same pipe was still leaking the next day. It took 4 phone calls and an email to get them to respond. The gentleman I spoke to was condescending and rude to me. They also wanted to charge me another fee to return to look at the same pipe and its issue. Additionally, they made it known that they had commercial clients that they needed to take care of before me. I ended up hiring another plumber who diagnosed the issue in 1 minute. The valve itself needed to be replaced. He fixed that in about 30 minutes. The lack of communication and professionalism with Crown were offensive. I would never recommend this company.

While they're great and responsive on small jobs like unclogging drains we were getting a bathroom remodeled through Crown. First they didn't let me know they were even coming to start the job. Ok, fine. Then the down payment went from 25% to 50% to start. Ok. Then they ripped out my bathroom, cut up the concrete and left it there. After a few follow ups they said they were going to come pour concrete. Didn't show or let me know. Rescheduled after I called. Didn't show or let me know. Rescheduled a third time. Once again no call no show. It's been a month and a half and my bathroom is still ripped up and has no floor. The fixtures are waiting to be installed. Can't get a call back from anyone. Office lady keeps saying someone will be in touch and still nothing. Texted today, again no response. Having to file a court claim through Jefferson County to get my money back so we can actually finish this bathroom. Definitely would NOT recommend on anything larger than a one day job.

I called this company in the morning and they were out by the end of the day. They unclogged my drain for $189-easy peasy. Todd was prompt and delightful to speak to and Dwayne was professional and quick in fixing the problem. They run a top notch plumbing business with clean wrapped vans, company uniforms and clean cut servicemen.

I first used Crown to run a new gas line to my outdoor patio for gas grill hookup. I then used then to help with some plumbing issues. The sprinkler system needed a backflow device replaced and then I used them to clear my main sewer line. They were prompt, friendly professional and helped me in a pinch as this home has been a rental for 10+ years and needed some work. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them going forward.

Todd arrived on time and was very professional He reviewed the job and made suggestions. I called to have a non working garbage disposal removed but when I saw the condition of my 60 year old pipes the job grew into a piping replacement and new disposal. Todd went to H D and secured a new disposal without any problem The result is a complete new system under my sink and I am overjoyed. I would recommend Todd and Crown Home services to my family and friends
