CREATIONS IN TILE & MARBLE

Excellent service. They went above and beyond to help us make the best decisions for the fabrication of our granite slab. Monique is brilliant in making the most of every square inch of our slab, thus saving us money. We are loyal customers, as they have done all of the granite counters in our home. We are impressed by their work ethic, their customer service, fair pricing, and the quality of their work.

When we initially decided to get our bathrooms updated, we went on Angie's list to find companies that would install granite and tile. We found out about Creations from a friend who said they were a great company and did very good work. We compared prices and after normalizing all the quotes, Creations' price was competitive. Because of our friend's recommendation and our initial contact with Monique at Creations, we decided to give them a try. They worked with us until we found the exact marble we wanted to use. They had a good selection of remnants for the other vanity tops. Mike came out and made a template to ensure the marble and granite was cut precisely. Mike and his crew took out the old counters and never left a mess. They completed installation for all the bathrooms the same day. The main bathroom had many angles and everything was cut and installed perfectly. I was quite impressed with how the marble and granite looked. The quality of workmanship was impeccable. Since our experience was so good with our bathroom update we gave them a second chance with our kitchen. They did a superior job as well. We initially selected some granite but it had a lot of fissures. Creations physically went to the place where the granite was and inspected the piece. They were very honest about the risk of using this piece so we decided to use another piece of granite, which ended up to be much prettier. I was able to select the patterns in the granite that I wanted on the counters. Paul and Mike laid out the templates on the granite in various ways until I was happy with how the counters would turn out. Paul said he could make the two pieces coming together n the "L" part of the countertop look like one piece, which he did. The joint is not noticeable and flows so nicely. We discussed various edges for the granite and they offered recommendations on edges. The quality of their workmanship is simply outstanding. The tile work on the kitchen backsplash was flawless. (I sure wish i had known about Creations when we had our previous tile work done. We could have avoided a major headache.) Luke installed the backsplash and just blew me away with the degree of perfection. The tiles were even and flat as they should be. Everyone we dealt with at Creations--Mike, Paul, Brian, Alicia, Luke and Monique--treated us exceptionally well. They are truly concerned about the customer and want to make sure you are satisfied. Their price is competitive and their quality of workmanship is just outstanding. They are honest and professional. I highly recommend this company. We have used them twice already and have been so pleased. If we have any tile, granite or marble work done in the future, we will definitely use Creations in Tile and Marble.

WE ORDERED A PIECE OF MARBLE FOR OUR NEWLY REMODELED BATHROOM. WE WERE PUTTING IT IN THE SHOWER AS A SEAT. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT TAKING THE MEASUREMENTS, CUTTING THE PIECE FOR US AND CALLING US WHEN IT WAS READY. IT FIT PERFECTLY.
